In conformitate cu 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în contractele încheiate cu profesioniștii, precum și pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative:

Înainte de expirarea perioadei de retragere, Consumatorul are dreptul de a se retrage din prezentul contract, fără a fi nevoit să justifice decizia de retragere și fără a suporta alte costuri decât cele prevăzute la art.13 alin (3) și art.14 din OUG 34/2014, în termen de 14 zile de la data intrării sale în posesia fizică a produsului. Costurile de returnare sunt suportate de consumator, cu excepția cazului în care consumatorul dorește să înlocuiască produsul.

Pentru a returna un produs, vă rugăm să completați formularul primit în pachet sau să descărcați acest formular de returnare și să îl expediați cu produsele returnate.

Produsul returnat trebuie să fie în aceeași stare în care a fost livrat (în ambalajul original, cu toate accesoriile, cu etichetele intacte și documentele care l-au însoțit).

Produse care prezintă modificări fizice, lovituri, cioburi, zgârieturi, șocuri, urme de utilizare excesivă și / sau intervenții neautorizate etc. nu sunt acceptate pentru returnare.

Produsele trebuie livrate companiei noastre prin intermediul companiei de curierat rapid Fan Courier (021 9336 – pentru expedieri din București și provincie).

Cum nu avem contract cu Posta Romana, va rugam sa NU livrati prin Posta Romana. Compania noastra nu va fi responsabila pentru aceste pachete.

Rambursarea sumei plătite:

Vanzatorul va rambursa contravaloarea produsului in maxim 14 (paisprezece) zile de la data informarii www.midoprivee.ro de catre Consumator cu privire la decizia sa de a se retrage din contract.

www.midoprivee.ro poate amâna restituirea valorii produsului până la primirea produsului vândut sau până la primirea dovezii că acesta a fost expediat, în cazul în care midoprivee.ro nu s-a oferit să recupereze produsul în sine (data va fi luată mai recent).

Produsele sunt înlocuite o singură dată. Produsele înlocuite nu sunt rambursabile.

Excepţii:

Sunt exceptate de la dreptul de retragere din Contract următoarele:

Din motive de igienă, NU ESTE ACCEPTAT RETURUL PENTRU URMATOARELE PRODUSE:

Sutiene, chiloți, bodysuits, catsuits, sau seturi care conțin chiloți sau lenjerie de corp. De asemenea, produsele purtate, folosite, cu etichete sparte sau ambalaje deteriorate nu pot fi returnate.

Exercitarea dreptului de retragere

Pentru a informa midoprivee.ro cu privire la decizia de retragere din contract, consumatorul trebuie să completeze formularul de returnare a produsului online în cont.

1. Accesați site-ul midoprivee.ro și conectați-vă la contul dumneavoastră cu numele de utilizator și parola pe care le-ați înregistrat înainte de a plasa comanda;
2. Căutați ordinea în care se află produsul, produsul pe care doriți să îl returnați;
3. Identificați produsul și apoi completați formularul de retur;
4. Contactați-ne prin e-mail la midoprivee@gmail.com sau la telefon 0725 234 801 pentru a ne informa cu privire la decizia de retragere din contract.

În cazul în care consumatorul dorește să înlocuiască produsul

1. Înlocuirea cu produse de aceeași valoare:

o după notificarea dreptului de retragere, consumatorul va trimite produsul înapoi la www.midoprivee.ro

o după inspectarea și acceptarea returnării, consumatorul va primi o nouă confirmare prin e-mail pentru noul (noile) produs(e) comandat(e);

2. Înlocuirea cu un produs mai scump:

o după notificarea dreptului de retragere, consumatorul va trimite produsul înapoi la www.midoprivee.ro

o După inspectarea și acceptarea returului, consumatorul va primi o nouă confirmare prin e-mail pentru noul produs comandat. Noua confirmare a comenzii va stipula si diferenta de bani pe care consumatorul va trebui sa o plateasca la livrarea noului produs;

3. Înlocuirea cu un produs mai ieftin:

o după notificarea dreptului de retragere, consumatorul va trimite produsul înapoi la www.midoprivee.ro;

o După inspectarea și acceptarea returului, consumatorul va primi o nouă confirmare prin e-mail pentru noul produs comandat. Diferenta de bani dintre produsul returnat si produsul nou comandat va fi returnata in maxim 14 zile.

Notă:

• termenul de livrare pentru produsele înlocuite va fi stipulat în e-mailul de confirmare. în cazuri excepționale, livrarea produselor înlocuite poate fi de maximum 25 de zile, iar consumatorul va fi notificat prin e-mail sau telefon;
• în cazul în care noul produs nu va fi disponibil, consumatorul va fi informat telefonic sau prin e-mail în termen de 48 de ore, iar dacă nu dorește un alt produs, banii vor fi rambursați în termen de 14 zile de la data notificării deciziei sale de retragere din contract.

According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts:

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting with the day when it enters the physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless the consumer wishes to replace the product.

To return a product, please complete the form received in the package or download this return form and ship it with the returned products.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).

Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and / or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

The products must be delivered to our company through the fast courier company Fan Courier (021 9336 – for shipments from Bucharest and the province).

As we do not have a contract with Romanian Post, please do NOT deliver by Romanian Post. Our company will not be responsible for these packages.

Reimbursement of the amount paid:

The Seller will reimburse the equivalent value of the product in maximum 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing www.midoprivee.ro  by the Consumer on his decision to withdraw from the contract.

www.midoprivee.ro  may postpone the refund of the value of the product until the receipt of the product sold or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped, if midoprivee.ro has not offered to recover the product itself (the date will be taken more recent).

Products are replaced only once. Replaced products are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:

For hygiene reasons, it is NOT ACCEPTED TO RETURN ON:

Bras, panties, bodysuits, catsuits, or sets that contain panties or underwear. Also, products worn, used, with broken labels or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

In order to inform midoprivee.ro about the decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must fill in the product return form online in the account.

1. Access the website www.midoprivee.ro and log in to your account with the username and password you registered before placing the order;
2. Look for the order in which the product is, the product you want to return;
3. Identify the product and then fill out the return form;
4. Contact us by email at midoprivee@gmail.com or by phone 0725 234 801 to inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

In case the Consumer wants to replace the product

1. Replacement with products of the same value:

o after notifying the right of withdrawal, the consumer will send the product back to www.midoprivee.ro

o after inspecting and accepting the return, the consumer will receive a new confirmation by email for the new product (s) ordered;

2. Replacement with a more expensive product:

o after notifying the right of withdrawal, the consumer will send the product back to www.midoprivee.ro

o After inspecting and accepting the return, the consumer will receive a new confirmation by email for the new product ordered. The new order confirmation will also stipulate the difference in money that the consumer will have to pay upon delivery of the new product;

3. Replacement with a cheaper product:

o after notifying the right of withdrawal, the consumer will send the product back to www.midoprivee.ro  ;

o After inspecting and accepting the return, the consumer will receive a new confirmation by email for the new product ordered. The money difference between the returned product and the newly ordered product will be returned in maximum 14 days.

Note:

• the delivery term for the replaced products will be stipulated in the confirmation email. in exceptional cases the delivery of the replaced products can be of maximum 25 days and the consumer will be notified by email or telephone;
• if the new product will not be available, the consumer will be informed by phone or email within 48 hours, and if he does not want another product, the money will be refunded within 14 days from the date notification of its decision to withdraw from the contract.
