1️⃣ Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Law 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawal, and no penalties apply, except for the return shipping costs.


2️⃣ Exceptions

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed intimate apparel (e.g. bras, panties, bodysuits, catsuits, sets containing underwear) once unsealed after delivery.

Additionally, returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn or used products

  • Products with broken labels, missing tags, or damaged packaging


3️⃣ Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, unworn

  • Have intact labels and original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documents received

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or unauthorized alterations will not be accepted.


4️⃣ Return Process

To initiate a return:
1️⃣ Contact us at office@midoprivee.com or by phone at +40 725 234 801 to notify us of your withdrawal decision.
2️⃣ Complete the return form (included in your package or downloadable from our website).
3️⃣ Return the product via Fan Courier or another agreed courier.

Do not send returns via Romanian Post — we do not have a contract with them and are not responsible for such shipments.


5️⃣ Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to defective goods or an incorrect delivery by us.

  • If replacing a product due to defect or error, we will cover the return shipping cost.


6️⃣ Refunds

  • We will refund your payment within 14 days from receiving the returned product or proof that you have shipped it back (whichever comes first).

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return shipment.


7️⃣ Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged once for items of equal, higher, or lower value.

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be notified of the price difference, which must be paid before delivery.

  • If the replacement item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded within 14 days.

  • Delivery timelines for replacement products will be confirmed via email; in exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 25 days.

If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will inform you within 48 hours, and you can choose another product or request a refund within 14 days.
