1️⃣ Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://midoprivee.com (the "Website") and your purchases of products ("Products") from SC MIDO MAISON PRIVEE SRL ("MiDo Maison Privée", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

3️⃣ Definitions

  • Customer / You: A natural or legal person placing an order via the Website.

  • Products: Goods offered for sale on the Website, mainly intimate apparel.

  • Contract: The binding agreement concluded between you and MiDo Maison Privée when you place an order.

4️⃣ Scope

These Terms apply to all sales made through our Website, for delivery both within Romania and internationally.

5️⃣ Products and Orders

  • All Products displayed are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

    • Products are unavailable.

    • There are pricing or description errors.

    • We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

6️⃣ Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR or RON, including VAT where applicable.

  • Payment methods include: online card payment (via PayU or equivalent), as shown at checkout.

  • The final price includes product price, VAT, shipping charges (if applicable), and is confirmed before order completion.

7️⃣ Delivery

  • We deliver both in Romania and internationally to eligible destinations listed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time and cost are displayed during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

8️⃣ Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving your Products, without giving any reason.

👉 Exceptions (as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Law 34/2014):

  • Returns are not accepted for unsealed intimate apparel (e.g. lingerie, underwear) for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

👉 How to exercise your right:

  • Email us at office@midoprivee.com within the 14-day period.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the Product was defective or wrongly delivered.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

9️⃣ Warranties and Liability

  • We warrant that Products conform to their descriptions and are free from manufacturing defects.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

🔟 Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (images, text, design) is the property of MiDo Maison Privée or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts, without affecting your consumer rights.

  • If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
