1️⃣ Delivery Methods

We deliver orders via Fan Courier for Romania and via partner couriers internationally.

Customers also have the option to select Pick-up from Showroom at checkout, if preferred.

2️⃣ Delivery Areas

We ship:

  • 📍 Within Romania

  • 🌍 Internationally to eligible destinations, visible at checkout

3️⃣ Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and delivery method.

  • For orders over RON 2500, shipping is free both within Romania and internationally. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

4️⃣ Delivery Times

  • Romania: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

  • International: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5️⃣ Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside Romania:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by MiDo Maison Privée.

6️⃣ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
